Getting startedWhat does HR Power Serbia help with?

We provide consultation for people planning to come to Serbia, support international recruitment enquiries, and help foreign founders explore company formation and the relevant visa pathway. Your written proposal defines the services agreed for your case.

Getting startedCan I enquire while I am outside Serbia?

Yes. Tell us your nationality, current country of residence, work experience and plans. We can use that information to discuss a suitable next step before you make travel arrangements.

Getting startedWhich countries do you focus on?

Our main audiences are India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Egypt. If you live elsewhere or hold another nationality, explain your situation in your enquiry so that the relevant requirements can be checked.

Getting startedI already live in Serbia. Can I contact you?

Yes. Tell us the purpose and expiry date of your current permission to stay, without uploading sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. A change of job or purpose of stay may require a separate assessment.

Getting startedHow do I begin?

Choose a service and complete the enquiry form with accurate contact information. This is an initial consultation request, not a government visa application or an employment offer.

Getting startedCan I apply without previous work experience?

Explain your skills, education and any practical experience honestly. Requirements depend on the role and employer. Some positions require qualifications or proven experience; others may offer training.

Getting startedWhat if I cannot document my experience?

Describe the work you performed and any references, training or practical evidence you can provide. Do not invent employment history. The relevant employer decides whether the available evidence is sufficient.

Getting startedAre driving and welding opportunities available?

Availability must be confirmed against current employer requirements. A role guide on this website is not a live vacancy. Tell us your qualifications and experience when requesting information.

Getting startedCan you guarantee me a job?

An enquiry or consultancy payment is not an employment offer. A genuine offer identifies the employer, role and agreed terms. Review those documents before deciding whether to proceed.

Getting startedHow do I check the company I am dealing with?

Ask for the contracting business’s registered legal name, registration number and written service terms. Compare them with official records and the name on the invoice and payment account.

Getting startedCan I visit your office?

Yes, by appointment. HR Power Serbia is at Knez Mihailova Business Centre, Kneza Mihaila 30, 5th Floor, Belgrade 11000, Serbia. Contact us before travelling to confirm the meeting time.

Getting startedCan my family contact you on my behalf?

They may make a general enquiry. Sharing or discussing your personal case requires your permission and a clear understanding of who is authorised to represent you.

Visa & documentsWhat is a Serbian employment Visa D?

Visa D is a long-stay visa. When issued on the basis of employment, it can authorise residence and work during its validity, up to 180 days. The appropriate route depends on your circumstances. Check the official Welcome to Serbia guidance before applying.

Visa & documentsIs a visa approval guaranteed?

No. Serbian authorities decide visa and residence applications. A consultant can assist with preparation, but cannot promise approval or override the authority’s decision.

Visa & documentsWhich documents should I prepare?

The checklist depends on the purpose of stay and employment arrangement. Begin by checking your passport and the documents supporting the proposed work or business activity. Obtain the current official checklist for your exact route before paying for translations or certificates.

Visa & documentsWill I receive a contract before I pay?

Ask for the proposed service agreement and the relevant employment documents before accepting a paid service. The proposal should explain which documents are available at each stage and any conditions still outstanding.

Visa & documentsDo I need a work permit before a Visa D application?

The sequence depends on the immigration route. An employment-based Visa D and a single residence and work permit are distinct processes. Use the official guidance for your situation rather than assuming the same order applies to everyone.

Visa & documentsWho submits my application?

The agreed service scope should identify whether you submit personally or an authorised representative assists. You remain responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing the application.

Visa & documentsCan I create my own eVisa account?

Yes. Use the official Welcome to Serbia portal and keep control of your login and recovery details. Do not share passwords or one-time codes through an ordinary website enquiry form.

Visa & documentsHow can I follow my application?

Keep the official application reference and check the status through the relevant government portal. Ask any representative to explain how you will receive requests for further information and decisions.

Visa & documentsHow long will my application take?

Timing varies with the route, completeness of the file, authority checks and any additional requests. An estimate is not a guarantee. Avoid non-refundable travel commitments before the necessary permission is confirmed.

Visa & documentsDoes paying earlier make a visa decision faster?

Payment for consultancy does not control the government’s decision schedule. Preparation can begin according to the service agreement, but official processing and extra checks are outside a consultant’s control.

Visa & documentsWhat happens if the authority requests more documents?

Read the request and deadline carefully. Provide accurate, relevant evidence and keep copies. Notify your representative promptly if someone is assisting with your case.

Visa & documentsWhat should I do after a refusal?

Read the written decision and any stated review or appeal instructions. Ask for advice on your individual circumstances. A new application should address the reason for refusal rather than repeat an unchanged file.

Visa & documentsAre translations included?

Only if they are expressly listed in your written quotation. Confirm which documents, languages, certification and number of copies are covered before ordering translations.

Visa & documentsDo I have to attend an embassy?

Attendance, identity checks and the method of receiving a visa depend on the case and the competent authority’s instructions. Confirm requirements with the responsible Serbian diplomatic mission.

Visa & documentsCan I use a police clearance certificate instead of experience documents?

These documents serve different purposes. A police certificate does not establish work experience. Follow the checklist for your immigration route and the employer’s separate requirements.

Visa & documentsWhen should I book my flight?

Wait until the relevant permission and entry arrangements are confirmed. Check the validity dates, passport details and any transit requirements before purchasing travel.

Visa & documentsCan I change my employer during the process?

A change may affect the basis or supporting documents of your application. Obtain case-specific advice and notify the relevant parties before making changes.

Visa & documentsDoes Serbian permission allow me to work elsewhere in Europe?

Serbian permission concerns Serbia. It does not by itself give permission to live or work in another country. Check the rules of the destination country separately.

Costs & paymentsHow much does your service cost?

Published packages include partner registration at €990, Visa D support at €400 per candidate, temporary residence card support at €480 per candidate, and the company formation and Visa D package at €1,000. Other candidate or collaboration services require a written quotation.

Costs & paymentsWhat is included in a consultation or processing fee?

The written proposal should specify the work covered, documents to be prepared, submission assistance if applicable, communication, and any support after a decision. Ask for clarification before agreeing.

Costs & paymentsAre there additional costs?

Ask separately about government charges, translations, document certification, travel, insurance, accommodation and subsequent residence applications. A quotation should make clear which costs are included and who pays each excluded cost.

Costs & paymentsWhen do I pay?

Follow the payment milestones in your written service agreement and invoice. Do not rely on verbal payment instructions or assume the schedule of another company applies.

Costs & paymentsWho should receive my payment?

Pay only using verified instructions from the business named in your agreement and invoice. Independently confirm any change of account details before transferring funds.

Costs & paymentsIs there an online payment option?

This website does not collect payments. Obtain the agreed invoice and verified payment instructions through the confirmed business contact channel.

Costs & paymentsWhat is your refund policy if a visa is refused?

Refunds depend on the written agreement, work already performed, and the treatment of government or third-party charges. Our final refund terms must be confirmed before you enter a paid agreement.

Costs & paymentsCan a family member pay for me?

Ask the contracting business and the banks involved before paying. The payer’s identity, invoice reference and relationship to the applicant may need to be documented.

Costs & paymentsMy bank in Bangladesh restricts international transfers. What should I do?

Ask your bank which lawful payment methods and supporting documents are available for this type of payment. Do not use an unverified intermediary or misdescribe the purpose of a transfer.

Costs & paymentsAre residence permit costs separate from visa costs?

They can be separate services with separate official charges. Ask for an itemised quotation covering each planned stage rather than assuming the initial fee covers the entire stay.

Costs & paymentsDoes paying a partner fee guarantee placements?

A partnership fee is not a government approval or a job guarantee. The cooperation agreement must explain its purpose, any candidate-specific charges and what happens if no placement proceeds.

Costs & paymentsWhat expenses should I plan for after arrival?

Prepare a personal budget for housing, food, transport, communications and any costs excluded from your employment or service agreement. Confirm deposits and deductions in writing.

Work & lifeWho will be my employer?

Your employment documents should identify the legal employer by registered name. The consultant, recruitment partner and employer may be different organisations. Ask for clarification before signing.

Work & lifeWhich job am I applying for?

Confirm the precise job title, work location, responsibilities and employer in the written offer. A general enquiry or occupational guide does not reserve a specific position.

Work & lifeIs accommodation included?

Accommodation is included only if stated in the agreed terms. Confirm the location, occupancy, facilities, deposits, utilities and any payroll deduction in writing.

Work & lifeIs the salary shown as net or gross?

Ask explicitly whether the amount is before or after statutory deductions. Confirm currency, payment frequency, allowances and deductions in the employment offer.

Work & lifeHow are working hours and overtime agreed?

Ask for the normal schedule, rest days, shift arrangements and overtime conditions in writing. Compare these with your contract and obtain advice if the terms are unclear.

Work & lifeAre meals and local transport provided?

These arrangements vary by employer and role. Check whether they are supplied, reimbursed, deducted from wages or paid entirely by you.

Work & lifeWill someone meet me at the airport?

Arrival support must be expressly agreed. Confirm the meeting point, contact person and any transfer charge before departure.

Work & lifeWhat if the employer withdraws the job offer?

Ask for written confirmation and discuss the effect on your application, contract and payments. Replacement or refund arrangements depend on the agreements involved.

Work & lifeCan I change jobs after arriving?

Do not assume your current authorisation covers a different job or employer. Check any required procedure before starting new employment.

Work & lifeWhat if I have a workplace or accommodation problem?

Keep written records and contact the responsible employer or accommodation provider. If the issue is unresolved, seek appropriate local advice. Use emergency services when there is an immediate danger.

Work & lifeCan you show past candidates and testimonials?

Only verified, authorised testimonials should be published. We do not display other agencies’ candidates, employer names or success statistics as HR Power Serbia’s own.

Work & lifeAre your occupational guides current job offers?

No. They explain typical roles and the information to prepare. Current availability, employer details, salary and employment conditions must be separately confirmed.

Partners & collaboratorsHow can my recruitment agency work with HR Power Serbia?

Submit a partnership enquiry with your agency’s legal name, country, contact details and recruitment focus. Commercial terms and responsibilities are agreed in writing before candidate processing begins.

Partners & collaboratorsCan I review the cooperation agreement first?

Ask for the proposed agreement before making a commitment. It should cover responsibilities, service scope, fees, candidate consent, cancellations and dispute handling.

Partners & collaboratorsWhat is the difference between a partner and a collaborator?

The appropriate arrangement depends on whether you act as a recruitment business, referral contact or another service provider. Your agreement must define your role and authority.

Partners & collaboratorsIs registration permanent or renewable?

The €990 partner registration is a one-time payment with no routine renewal fee. Unlimited candidate submissions are available while the cooperation agreement remains active and its terms are followed.

Partners & collaboratorsWhat are the partner fees?

Partner registration is €990 once. Visa D preparation and support is €400 per candidate, and temporary residence card application support is €480 per candidate. Excluded official and third-party costs are identified in the written agreement.

Partners & collaboratorsWhen is partner support available?

Partner support is available on working days from 08:00 to 17:00 through the confirmed email or WhatsApp contact channel.

Partners & collaboratorsCan we submit candidates in groups?

Mention the number of candidates and role categories in your enquiry. Each candidate still needs an individual, accurate file and consent for any personal information shared.

Partners & collaboratorsWhich candidate information is needed first?

Start with aggregate role categories, availability and experience. Avoid sending passports or sensitive documents through the initial enquiry. A suitable channel and consent process must be agreed first.

Partners & collaboratorsDo candidates need interview or skills videos?

Only where a relevant employer reasonably requests them. Explain the purpose and who will view the recording, and obtain the candidate’s permission before sharing it.

Partners & collaboratorsCan you provide a demand letter?

Any demand letter must reflect a genuine, current employer requirement. Ask whether one is available for the proposed recruitment project; do not assume a generic letter represents a live offer.

Partners & collaboratorsWhich countries can partners operate from?

Our primary recruitment markets are India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Egypt. Other proposals can be discussed individually, including any local licensing requirements.

Partners & collaboratorsWhat happens after a partnership enquiry?

The proposed cooperation can be reviewed, relevant business details clarified, and the scope discussed. Submitting a form does not itself create an approved partnership.

Partners & collaboratorsWho is responsible when candidates arrive?

The agreement should allocate responsibility for travel, reception, accommodation, employment onboarding and ongoing contact. Confirm named contacts before departure.

Partners & collaboratorsAre replacement candidates included?

Replacement arrangements, deadlines and additional charges must be expressly agreed. There is no automatic replacement entitlement from submitting an enquiry.

Partners & collaboratorsCan we use HR Power Serbia’s name in advertising?

Get written permission for any use of the brand or marketing materials. Do not advertise guaranteed visas, unconfirmed jobs or unapproved prices on our behalf.

Partners & collaboratorsCan you share candidate information with employers?

Personal information should be shared only for a defined recruitment purpose, through suitable channels and with the required permissions. Employers must not receive unrestricted public access to personal documents.

EmployersHow do I request international workers?

Describe the job title, work location, headcount, experience requirements and intended start date. Include proposed wages, hours, accommodation and other conditions so the enquiry can be assessed.

EmployersWhat business details are needed?

Provide the registered company name, registration details and an authorised business contact through the agreed process. Be ready to explain the proposed role and employment arrangements.

EmployersCan I browse candidates publicly?

Personal candidate profiles are not displayed publicly on this website. Request a suitable shortlist through the employer enquiry process.

EmployersHow quickly can workers start?

Start dates depend on matching, agreements, document preparation and the necessary authorisation. A target date is not a promise of immigration approval.

EmployersWho handles employment documentation?

The employer is responsible for accurate employment terms. Any preparation or coordination performed by HR Power Serbia must be described in the agreed service scope.

EmployersCan I post a vacancy?

Use the vacancy enquiry form to send the proposed role and business details for review. A submitted request is not automatically published as a verified vacancy.

EmployersWhat recruitment sectors can I enquire about?

Describe your actual staffing need rather than relying on a generic sector list. Occupational guides cover areas such as construction, production, logistics, hospitality and agriculture.

Company formationCan a foreign founder enquire about a Serbian company?

Yes. Tell us your nationality, current residence, proposed activity and ownership structure. Company registration and immigration permission are separate matters that should be assessed together.

Company formationDoes opening a company guarantee a visa?

No. Registration alone does not guarantee entry, residence or work permission. An immigration application must satisfy the requirements of the relevant route.

Company formationWhat information is needed to plan incorporation?

Prepare the proposed business activity, company name, ownership and management structure, and registered-office arrangements. The applicable documents depend on the company type and founders.

Company formationIs incorporation handled electronically?

APR states that incorporation of the covered company types is submitted electronically. The filing requirements include the relevant electronic-signature arrangements. Check APR’s current instructions for your structure.

Company formationCan I open a company remotely?

Some preparatory steps may be possible remotely, but identity verification, powers of attorney, electronic signing and bank requirements depend on the case. Confirm the complete process before committing to travel or fees.

Company formationWill company formation include banking and accounting?

Only if included in the agreed package. Ask which services are handled directly, which require independent providers and what ongoing costs apply.

Company formationWhat is the self-employment visa route?

Self-employment is one of the employment grounds listed in official Visa D guidance. The appropriate evidence and procedure depend on the activity and your circumstances.

Company formationCan HR Power Serbia provide a business address?

Registered-office arrangements must be agreed separately. Do not use an address without the necessary permission or assume it is included in a formation package.

Company formationWhat ongoing obligations follow registration?

Discuss accounting, tax filings, ownership records and other relevant obligations with qualified local providers. Incorporation is the start of running a business, not the end of compliance.

Company formationHow much does formation cost?

The published company formation and Visa D support package totals €1,000. It is paid as €50 when registration begins, €350 after the company is registered, and €600 after the Visa D application is submitted.

Company formationHow long does company registration usually take?

A typical company registration may take 2–5 business days once the complete and valid filing package is ready. This is an estimate, and authority processing can vary.

Company formationWhich information is needed to begin remotely?

Provide a passport copy, preferred company name, planned business activity, email address and phone number through the agreed secure channel. Additional documents may be required for the chosen structure.
